Job Summary
Provide physical therapy to patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions in an outpatient setting. Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to improve mobility and function. Must hold a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active state license; BLS may be required. Experience in outpatient settings and knowledge of evidence-based care models are preferred. Includes eligibility for a Progressive Incentive Program and a Student Loan Repayment Program. Location highlights include Castro Valley region accessibility and proximity to the San Francisco Bay area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based care models
