Job Summary
Provide physical therapy in outpatient clinics, supporting patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. Typical schedule includes days, with common options like M-W-F 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and rotating Saturdays. Typical daily caseload is 18–20 patients with productivity targets of about 1.8–2.2 patients per hour. Collaborate with aides and other disciplines in a multidisciplinary clinic, with a 13-week mentorship program for clinicians with 1–2 years of experience or newer. Fort Lee, NJ location with a sizable Korean community; bilingual Korean-speaking clinicians strongly encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (may be required)
- Experience in a high-volume outpatient setting preferred
- Bilingual Korean-speaking clinicians encouraged
