Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy to patients to improve mobility and function; assess movement limitations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and monitor progress to help individuals recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. Collaborate with care teams, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure licensure requirements (PT degree, state license) and BLS certification are met. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
