Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time outpatient orthopedic role in Goshen, IN. Responsible for helping patients move better and stay active, managing an outpatient caseload of roughly 11–12 patients per an 8-hour day, and collaborating with referring physicians. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program and an active Indiana PT license. BLS may be required. Familiarity with NextGen or similar EHR systems and direct access collaboration with physicians is preferred. Offers relocation assistance and potential sign-on bonuses; full benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day.
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar EHR systems preferred.
- Comfort collaborating with referring physicians through direct access channels.
