Job Summary
Physical Therapist for a full-time role. Responsible for helping patients move better, feel better, and stay active, including those recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate) and an active state license; BLS may be required. Home Health experience and SOC familiarity preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Start of Care (SOC) visits preferred
