Job Summary
Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment for orthopedic and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting. Requires PT education (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) and an active GA license, with BLS as applicable. Strong communication and documentation skills with EMR experience are preferred. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are offered; opportunities include direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel positions. Pooler, GA area. EEO/AA employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Georgia State physical therapy license required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic and/or sports-related conditions
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills, including experience with electronic medical records
