Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought for a full-time outpatient orthopedics role in Urbana, MD. The clinician will treat patients aged 10 through geriatric with 30–40 minute treatments and 30–60 minute evaluations, using TherOffice EMR, and may offer dry needling as a cash-based specialty option. Requires a PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) and an active Maryland PT license; BLS may be required. Mentorship for new grads is available, with a collaborative clinical environment and regional CEU opportunities. Benefits include sign-on and retention bonuses, productivity bonuses, and CE stipend; full-time is defined as 30+ hours with part-time/flexible options also available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or demonstrated interest in outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred
- Comfort treating ages 10 through geriatric
- Ability to deliver 30–40 minute treatment sessions and perform 30–60 minute evaluations as needed
- Familiarity or willingness to learn TherOffice EMR
- Dry needling experience or interest in providing cash-based specialty services is a plus
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
