Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for a full-time outpatient clinic in Anthem, AZ. You will provide one-on-one patient care, supporting a mixed team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. Open to relocation candidates; benefits include medical, PTO, 401(k) matching, and sign-on/relocation bonuses. While new grads are welcome, preference is given to clinicians with outpatient experience and certifications (e.g., dry needling, ASTYM, pelvic floor, vestibular). APTA-approved degree and an active Arizona PT license are required, with BLS possibly required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona state Physical Therapy license is required to start the position
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Ability to provide one-on-one care
