Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients, manage a caseload of ~11–12 patients per 8-hour day, coordinate with support staff and referring physicians, and utilize EMR systems. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program and an active Indiana PT license; BLS may be required. Opportunities include direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts with potential relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Experience managing an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day preferred
- Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
- Ability to coordinate with support staff and direct access to referring physicians
