Job Summary
Provide physical therapy in an outpatient clinic setting to help patients move better, feel better, and stay active, whether recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Responsibilities include delivering PT interventions, supporting patient mobility and function, coordinating care, and utilizing EPIC or similar EMR systems. Requires PT degree (ACPT APTA-approved) and active CT PT license; BLS may be required. Opportunities include training, relocation within Connecticut, and potential sign-on bonuses as part of Jackson Therapy Partners’ nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Connecticut state PT license required to start the position.
