Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Administer standardized tests, screenings, and clinical observations to children in outpatient settings. Adhere to written plans of care and provide recommendations, referrals, and follow-up for each case. Plan and prepare individualized activities to meet each child's unique goals while participating in internal quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. Assist in research and development of clinical practices and competencies. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with a 40-hour work week. This role supports ChildServe's pediatric rehabilitation specialty, helping families with special healthcare needs live a great life through coordinated care delivery.
