Conduct full-time home health physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions. Drive to mobile field sites to help clients move better, feel better, and stay active while impacting patient outcomes. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited APTA-approved school. BLS certification may be required.
