Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on physical therapy care in an outpatient CORA clinic by evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care. Utilize technology and outcome data to inform clinical decisions, document evaluations and treatments clearly, and collaborate with teammates to strengthen clinic culture and patient outcomes. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree and active licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist. Relocation assistance is available for select locations; sign-on bonus up to $10K may apply at eligible locations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
