Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care as a Physical Therapist (PT) in an outpatient clinic setting. Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care, leverage technology and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, document evaluations and treatments clearly and efficiently, and collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture. Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000; relocation assistance available for select opportunities. Candidates may be licensed or license eligible; CAPTE accreditation is required. Required Qualifications
