Physical Therapist (FT) Home Health – $10K Bonus

Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment, evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function. Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician. Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions is required, with strong communication and documentation skills essential. Experience in Home Health is preferred but not required. This role includes an $10,000 retention bonus split into four quarterly payments.
