Physical Therapist - FT - Florence Neurosurgery

Plan and administer physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote patient fitness. Complete patient evaluations using history, observation, and measurements, then develop individualized care plans communicating goals with patients and families. Provide therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and developmental impairments while documenting progress with measurable functional goals. Maintain patient records by completing evaluations, progress notes, charges, and discharge summaries within departmental time guidelines. Assist in adjusting schedules for caseload changes, supervise treatment team operations, and meet with PTAs to set goals. Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary medical team regarding treatment, progress, and recommendations. Demonstrate professional growth through competency training, clinical instruction, and maintaining CEUs. Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
