Physical Therapist FT Days Acute Care Therapies

Physical Therapist position (FT Days) responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering physical therapy to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance function. Collaborates with physicians and families to establish and adjust plans of care, provides ongoing patient/family education, discharge instructions, and coordinates follow-up resources. Maintains comprehensive documentation, adheres to regulatory standards, and participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and process improvements. Requires licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and BLS certification; strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care are essential.
