Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care primarily through Geriatric House CallsTM to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Operate with flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule, either as full-time/part-time salaried staff or PRN/PPU. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and a mentor program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
