Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Maintain flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule while participating in an emerging professionals mentor program for new grads. Hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, a degree from an accredited program, and current CPR certification. Receive unlimited access to continuing education and professional certification reimbursement.
