Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within FOX's Geriatric House CallsTM model. Drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes, while maintaining flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Full-time and part-time roles are available, including PRN/Flex options with Paid Per Unit compensation for eligible candidates. Valid Physical Therapy licensure, an accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy are required. New graduates gain access to an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, unlimited continuing education, and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
