Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care as part of an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes and abolishing ageism. Create and control your treatment schedule within a flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN structure. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification while accessing unlimited continuing education and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
