Provide care in a geriatric house call model designed to abolish ageism while driving rewarding patient outcomes. Work in Elizabeth and surrounding locations in New Jersey, with flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Full-time and part-time roles are available, including PRN/Flex positions, with sponsorship provided for qualified candidates. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
