Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Operate within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while driving rewarding patient outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, hold current CPR certification, and possess basic computer literacy skills. Required Qualifications
