Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive geriatric evaluations, design functional treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for older adults in homes and senior living communities. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including ongoing education, leadership growth, and practicing in a mission-driven, clinician-founded environment. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes in an EMR. Enjoy clinical autonomy with strong support, mentorship, and productivity tools.
