Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, focusing on functional outcomes and autonomous interventions. Deliver care via Geriatric House Calls to abolish ageism while collaborating within an interdisciplinary approach. Manage your own treatment schedule with flexibility to create, control, and alter hours, available as full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification to practice. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
