Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, utilizing the Pioneer of Geriatric House CallsTM model. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and drive rewarding patient outcomes through an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Shape your treatment schedule with flexibility to create, control, and alter your daily hours, available as full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
