Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, hold a degree from an accredited program, and possess current CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
