Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism, specifically pioneering Geriatric House Calls for older adults in their communities. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Work in Elizabeth and surrounding locations in New Jersey, with flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Full-time and part-time salaried positions are available, alongside PRN/Flex PPU options. Valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy are required. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
