Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Work with older adults in their communities as part of our pioneering Geriatric House Calls program, utilizing cutting-edge technology. Enjoy flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule while participating in an interdisciplinary team. Full-time and part-time roles are available with benefits, including unlimited continuing education access and professional certification reimbursement. New graduates may join our Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
