Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Provide care to older adults in their communities through our Geriatric House Calls program. Work as a full-time, part-time, or PRN/Flex provider with the flexibility to create and alter your treatment schedule. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and cutting-edge technology. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
