Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions for older adults in their communities. Deliver care through FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House Calls program, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your own schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, hold current CPR certification, and possess basic computer literacy skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
