Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Work with older adults in their communities as part of FOX's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Select between full-time/part-time salaried roles or PRN/Flex PPU arrangements. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to apply, alongside a degree from an accredited program, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy.
