Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care via Geriatric House CallsTM to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your schedule, available as full-time/part-time salaried or PRN/PPU roles. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
