Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program, driving rewarding patient outcomes within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional results. Work in Elizabeth and surrounding New Jersey locations, either full-time/part-time salaried or PRN/PPU, with flexibility to shape your schedule. Maintain a valid state license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
