Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Drive rewarding patient outcomes while utilizing cutting-edge technology to support geriatric house calls. Full-time or part-time roles are available with salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, or PRN/Flex positions paid per unit. Valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy are required. New graduates may join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
