Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting with older adults to drive rewarding patient outcomes and abolish ageism. Operate primarily through Geriatric House Calls to provide care in patients' communities. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
