Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism, utilizing clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care to older adults in their communities through FOX's pioneering Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate patient outcomes within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional results. Work in Elizabeth and surrounding New Jersey locations as a full-time, part-time, or PRN role with flexible scheduling options. Maintain a valid state license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering mentorship for new graduates, unlimited continuing education, and professional certification reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
