Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care to older adults in their communities as part of our pioneering Geriatric House CallsTM model. Select from full-time, part-time, or PRN/Paid Per Unit schedules with flexibility to create and alter your treatment plan. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
