Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one physical therapy sessions for older adults in their homes as part of our Geriatric House Calls program. Facilitate clinically excellent autonomous interventions within a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Manage your own treatment schedule with flexibility to create and alter hours, available through full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. Maintain a valid state license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification to deliver care. Join a clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education, professional certification reimbursement, and emerging professionals mentorship for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
