Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions. Deliver care within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes while driving rewarding patient outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with flexibility to create, control, and alter your schedule, operating as part of a clinician-operated private practice. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, and current CPR certification. Join the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new grads or pursue clinical and non-clinical career growth with unlimited continuing education access.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
