Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Deliver care through FOX's Geriatric House Calls program while maintaining flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, current CPR certification, and basic computer literacy skills. Join a primarily clinician-operated private practice offering unlimited continuing education access, professional certification reimbursement, and an Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
