Seeking experienced Physical Therapists to direct, supervise, evaluate, and provide therapy services in a home setting. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A
- Current Licensure by Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy
- Ability to lift, push, pull light to moderate loads
- Read, write and communicate in English
