Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for an outpatient orthopedic caseload averaging 13 patients daily. Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based interventions while providing patient and caregiver education on home programs. Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent care standards, and accurately complete all EMR documentation. Collaborate with referring providers, participate in case reviews, and maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs. Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

- Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience preferred but not required
