Job Summary
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs to improve physical dysfunction and independence. Continuously reassess treatment plans and educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures. Prepare written documentation and communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient care. Maintain departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and infection control protocols. Rotate between outpatient clinic locations including Kaseman, Healthplex, Southern, and Las Estancias.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- NM License of Physical Therapy
- BLS
