Job Summary
Full-time float outpatient physical therapist with Sports Medicine Stratford, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and physicians to treat musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. Emphasis on evidence-based, patient-centered care, strong team communication, and effective time management. Responsibilities include patient care assessments and treatments, comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning with realistic goals, accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, ICD-9 codes as appropriate), maintaining productivity, participating in process improvements, and mentoring PT and PT assistant students. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school with a bachelor’s degree
- Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the State of North Carolina
- CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C required
