Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on care in outpatient clinics by evaluating patients and developing personalized plans of care. Leverage tech tools and outcome data to guide clinical decisions, while clearly and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture. As a licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist, you'll work in a network of clinics across 10 states, supported by EMR automations and AI-powered tools. New grads are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT)
