Job Summary
Floater Physical Therapist across Upstream Rehabilitation’s Lexington, KY clinics. Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across multiple locations and conditions, including orthopedic, vestibular, general deconditioning, occupational, and pelvic health cases. Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for leadership or permanent placement, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, CE dollars, and residency/mentorship pathways. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure access and continuity of care across five Lexington locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
