Job Summary
Assist in developing the EXOS rehabilitation system by reviewing physician referrals and patient records to determine treatment requirements. Perform patient tests, measurements, and evaluations to develop or revise training programs, then administer appropriate treatment and instruct athletes to achieve their goals. Screen incoming training athletes using FMS and EXOS UQ/LQ processes to establish prehabilitation protocols and supervise PTA support staff. Record daily treatment progress, complete billing procedures, and consult with medical services to ensure optimal outcomes. Requires PT licensure, 2+ years of experience, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) certification)
- PT Licensure in state of practice
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Desired Qualifications
- ATC, CSCS, SCS, and OCS or like certifications
- Educational experience with EXOS through previous Internship or Mentorship program
