Job Summary
Physical Therapist sought to evaluate patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, educate patients and families on at-home care, monitor progress, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate documentation. Requires NJ licensure/certification, a PT degree (Bachelors or Masters), and experience in home or nursing facility settings; familiarity with development disabilities is a plus. On-site role in Brick, NJ; clinic/homecare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NJ state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience working in a home or nursing facility setting is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
