Job Summary
Assess and interpret evaluations to determine physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians. Administer manual exercises, massages, traction, electrical muscle stimulation, and ultrasound while instructing patients on ambulatory and daily-living activities using assistive devices. Evaluate treatment effects by observing patient progress and recommend adjustments, then design home exercise programs following discharge. Chart patient notes in the E.H.R. system and adhere to infection-control protocols. Requires extensive standing, lifting up to 35 lbs, and patient positioning. Monday-Thursday, 9am-7pm. Immediate availability.
